Homes logic refactoring:

• Rewrote home management code for better readability and modularity.
• Unified player and home names (all stored in lowercase).
• Extracted helper methods and added alphabetical sorting for /homes list.

Configuration and stability improvements:

• Introduced separate homes.yml file for storing player homes.
• Added automatic file creation and world validation on load.
• Full support for yaw/pitch in locations.

New and improved commands:

• Added /rehome <old> <new> – rename existing homes.
• /homes <name> now directly teleports to the home.
• /homes reload for admins (reloads config and homes).

Minor fixes:

• Improved messages and home limit checks.
• Precise permission checks for each command.
